The Central Bank of The Bahamas and the Securities Commission of The Bahamas have approved the establishment of Equity Investment Funds Services Ltd. (“Equity Investment Funds”) to operate within The Bahamas effective April 2018. Equity Investment Funds will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Equity Bank And Trust Bahamas Ltd. (“Equity”), a non-resident licensee of the Central Bank of The Bahamas.
